Is there a better way to tell this story? A different perspective than the default? What will sweep us into that campfire state-of-mind that overrides our resistance?

I’m a writer and an impact producer. That means that I’m driven to write and produce stories that can make an environmental or societal impact. Not preachy. Not even always serious. In fact, humor is a fine way to sneak past someone’s defenses. (Much like that goofy but quiet dog you adopted from the shelter who only barked persistently once you were firmly, irreversibly in love with her).  

If we want to make an impact in this noisy, hyper, attention-seeking world, our stories must walk briskly past the obvious to the side door, the back door, the tumble into wonderland. Once there, it must step stealthily into their hearts. Let the story’s soulful eyes captivate them until they carry it home.
